1. Acceptance

By using flyshelgosh.com, its chatbots (Ranger and Wilco), and any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. About this site

flyshelgosh.com is operated by Mark Shelgosh, a sole proprietor based in Nashua, New Hampshire. Contact: mark.shelgosh@gmail.com.

3. Ranger and Wilco chatbots

The Ranger (range day) and Wilco (flight lesson) chatbots collect information you voluntarily provide so that Mark can follow up with you about your request. Submissions are transmitted by email to Mark at his personal Gmail address and, if you provided a phone number and consented, by SMS.

Chatbot responses are AI-generated. Any specific plans, dates, prices, or logistics must be confirmed with Mark directly by email or phone. Nothing generated by the chatbot constitutes a binding offer or reservation.

4. SMS communications

SMS terms are covered in detail in the Privacy Policy — Section 4 (SMS). Key points:

• You opt-in by providing your phone number in the chatbot intake and clicking submit.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Message frequency is low — at most one confirmation SMS per intake submission.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Flight operations disclaimer

All flights arranged through this site are conducted under 14 CFR Part 91 as general aviation, not as commercial air carrier or charter operations. Mark Shelgosh is an FAA-certified Private Pilot. Any cost sharing complies with FAA regulations for private pilots. Passengers acknowledge the inherent risks of light aircraft travel; a separate Passenger Safety Agreement is signed before any flight.

6. Range activities disclaimer

Range day requests are for informal, private-instruction-style outings organized by Mark. All firearms handling is conducted at licensed public ranges under the range's own rules. Safety briefings, eye and ear protection, and valid ID are required.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use flyshelgosh.com to submit false information, to spam the chatbots, or to attempt to compromise the site. Automated scraping and brute-force submissions are not permitted.

8. Intellectual property

Content on flyshelgosh.com — text, imagery, photography, and video — is either owned by Mark Shelgosh or used with permission. Do not republish without written consent.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mark makes no guarantee that the chatbots, calendars, or any information on the site are error-free or continuously available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mark Shelgosh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its chatbots.
